Summary

I worked in various roles related to digital marketing, design and customer services where my employers have gained benefit from my efficient work management and winning results.

I have learned how to market products and services in a modern and efficient way while ensuring an optimum experience for the users and this in turn helped me reach a higher audience and connect with different customers.

With 7 years experience in marketing and 2 years experience as a designer, I have gone through many cases where I connect with people and add value to their work by offering them my services.

Digital marketing

I plan winning digital marketing strategies that brings awareness to my products and grow my sales and KPIs. Using social media, SEO & SEM strategies, and content marketing, I communicate the value of my brand to the right customers.

UX design

I build web pages and other web content that brings in winning results and drives conversions. By using UX design, I manage to facilitate the experience that user is getting out of their engagement with my brand.

Marketing specialist @ Bigle Legal Iberia LLC.

Barcelona, Spain

My role at Bigle Legal consisted of bringing together the Marketing and Sales departments with sales enablement strategies. Bringing together the two departments and aligning their activities in order to serve the right customers in the right way.

Created a detailed guide on how to use the Bigle Legal program through articles, pictures, and explanatory animations.
Using the HubSpot Service Hub tool, I constructed a knowledge base center which included guides and articles on how to help customers use the product effectively.
In charge of maintaining and operating the digital marketing channels; Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Youtube.
Conducted market research in order to demonstrate potential growth strategies for the company in the international market.

My internship with Bigle Legal consisted of me planning and strategizing how they are entering the internation market. and hence, my main task was to generate international leads starting by drafting a market analysis which was approved by management and then initiated.
